How do I terminate my account?

You can login Longbridge App, tap “Me” and “Help and Customer Service” to contact Longbridge online customer service. When processing your account termination request, customer service will verify your identity and other information, and confirm the reason of termination, so as to ensure the safety of your account and property. In addition, customer service will further guide and assist you in completing the various pre-requisite operations before account cancellation according to the specific circumstances of your account to ensure that your account meets all the conditions for termination.

Notice

  1. Please be cautious as your information will be emptied and cannot be retrieved after account termination. The information to be emptied includes identity, account information and equity information, transaction records, coupons, etc.
  2. Please make sure that the assets and liabilities in your account have been settled.
  3. Please make sure that the account has been unbound from the third-party account.
  4. The account termination is considered as a voluntary waiver of future IPO refunds and other rights and interests.
  5. You cannot use your current mobile phone number to register again within 90 days after account termination.
