This article will introduce the bank card verification process and an example of the relevant verification materials.
(1)On the withdrawal page, if you are prompted that your bank card has not been verified, you need to click Verify Now to verify your bank card information. You can continue to perform withdrawal operations only after the verification is approved.
(2)Click Upload to upload the bank card verification materials to Longbridge for review. A maximum of 3 images can be uploaded. If the review is passed, a push notification or email will be sent to notify you.
The materials uploaded for bank card verification must include your name and bank account number. You can choose anyof the following materials: bank statement, bank card, or account opening information.
(1)Monthly bank statement
(2)Bank Card
Note: Some bank cards do not display the cardholder's name on the front. You need to provide a photo of a physical bank card with the cardholder's name on the front, that is, one photo containing both your name and bank account number. Otherwise, the review process may be delayed.
(3)Account opening information
Note: Please provide the successful account opening receipt as proof. Otherwise, the bank card verification request may be rejected.
Notes:
1. The uploaded verification materials must include your name and bank account number. Please ensure that the bank verification materials match the name registered in your Longbridge account.
2. Please ensure the accuracy of the verification materials. Incorrect information may affect your withdrawal process.
3. After you submit the bank card verification, it is expected to be processed within 1–3 working days.
