1. What is two-factor authentication?
When you perform asset-related operations, like making a trade or viewing your account information, you first need to enter your transaction password. When two-factor authentication is enabled, your app will add another layer of security.
After you enter your password, you'll get a second check, like a security prompt or a code sent to your phone, to make sure it's really you. It’s an easy way to protect your account, and we highly recommend turning it on.
2. Why didn’t I receive my SMS verification code ?
If you cannot receive the SMS verification code, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
