How do I cancel my account?

The account cancellation process is as follows:
Before proceeding with the cancellation, please take note of the following:

  1. Asset Settlement: Ensure that there are no pending assets to be settled, no outstanding liabilities, and that all third-party bindings have been removed.
  2. Data Deletion: Upon cancellation, your personal information, account details, and transaction records will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  3. Rights Forfeiture: Cancellation is considered a waiver of any future entitlements that may arise (e.g., IPO refunds, etc.).
  4. Registration Restriction: Within 90 days after account cancellation, the current phone number cannot be used to register a new account.
  • Account Opening Completed: Please fill in the account cancellation application form: https://pub.lbkrs.com/files/202602/LS5FyJKJf5ZmQAVT/___20260225.pdf and send it to service@longbridge.hk. Processing is expected within 7 business days. All assets must be settled and third-party bindings such as eDDA/bank-securities transfers must be removed prior to cancellation. Cash remaining in the account may be forfeited, however stocks cannot be forfeited — Hong Kong stocks may be withdrawn in physical form or transferred to another brokerage.
  • Account Opening Not Completed: Please contact customer service for assistance.
