Monthly usage is released on a weekly rolling basis (monthly quota ÷ 4), refreshed every Monday
Unused weekly quota does not carry over to the next week
Usage covers all AI feature consumption including AI chat, tool calls, and knowledge base retrieval
When weekly usage is exhausted:

| When usage is exhausted, the system will display "Weekly usage has been used up." You can wait for the automatic refresh next Monday, or upgrade to a higher plan to get more quota immediately. |

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly and can be cancelled anytime
After cancellation, current period benefits are retained until expiry, then downgraded to Starter
Upgrade, Downgrade & Refund
Upgrade: Upgrade anytime, effective immediately, prorated price difference
Downgrade: Effective next billing cycle; current period retains original plan benefits
Cancel: Current period benefits retained; automatically downgraded to Starter upon expiry
Refund: Within 48 hours of subscription and with no usage generated, you may contact customer support to request a discretionary refund
Q: Does the Starter plan have an expiry?
A: No. Starter is permanently free and automatically activated upon registration.
Q: Will usage refresh immediately after upgrading?
A: Yes, your weekly available usage will be recalculated based on the new plan's quota after upgrading.
Q: Can I switch between HK and SG?
A: No. Plans are tied to your registration region. HK users are billed in HKD, SG users in SGD.
Q: Will I lose my Agents and data after cancellation?
A: No. After downgrading to Starter, your created Agents and data are retained but subject to Starter quotas.
