How do I cancel my account?

The following is the operation guide for canceling an account.

Open the Longbridge App > Me > Help and Customer Service, and then contact customer service. When processing your account cancellation, customer service will verify your identity and other information, and confirm your intention to cancel, ensuring the security of your account and property. In addition, customer service will guide and assist you with any necessary pre-operations to ensure your account meets all the cancellation conditions.

Notes

  1. After account cancellation, the information will be cleared and cannot be retrieved. Please be careful. The information involved in clearing includes: identity, account information and rights information, transaction records, cards and coupons, etc.
  2. Please ensure that the assets in your account have been settled and there are no assets or liabilities to be settled.
  3. Please make sure that the account has been unbound from a third-party account.
  4. After account cancellation, it will be deemed as a voluntary waiver of rights and interests such as new share refunds that may arise in the future.
  5. You cannot re-register with your current mobile phone number within 90 days after cancellation.
